Our flat rate prices are per fixture. The first fixture is full price and each fixture afterwards are discounted 25% off. For example, if you have 2 clogged sinks, the first sink unclog costs $149.00 & the 2nd $111.75 (25% off). Bulk discounts are available beyond 4 fixtures.
If you have fixtures of different kinds (like one toilet & one sink) the discount is applied to the fixture of lesser value.

Our Process: Start To Finish
Before starting any work we always gain as much information as possible to determine the best course of action for your drains health. This includes a brief conversation with you to gather the drains history as well as our own initial assessment. We always confirm with you before proceeding with any work. We conduct this initial assessment free of charge as we believe it’s our responsibility to be well informed and that you shouldn’t have to pay for that.
Meet & Assess
Protect Your Surfaces
Our standard is always to improve your space, not to damage it or make it worse in any way. Thats why we stock polyurethane plastic wrap and take a couple minutes to thoroughly assess the area the service will be conducted. We take into account possible splash radius and carry rubber floor mats when using our larger machines. This quick extra step not only protects your surfaces from damage, but also keeps things sanitary and greatly speeds up clean up time at the end of the service.
Snaking The Drain
It may seem simple, but drain snaking takes a lot more skill than meets the eye. Due to the inability to see down the drain, we rely entirely on sound and feeling to determine what is happening inside your drain. While there is really no “gentle” way to snake a drain, there is a right and a wrong way. We take care never to excessively slam the cable down into the drain but know the methods to efficiently progressing through the drain with the least likelihood of damage to the drain or cable. We’re there for one reason and one reason only, to unclog your drain so that your life can go back to normal. After the unclogging is complete, we make sure to implement the proper methods to maximize the drains cleanliness as we’re not only concerned with the blockage, but also the likely excessive build up that inevitably caused the blockage in the first place. A simple job still needs to be correctly to ensure longevity and structural integrity.
Flow Confirmation
Many times it seems as though the drains been unclogged when in fact the blockage has just been pushed further and will soon reveal itself again. Before we clean and pack up, we make 100% sure that the drain is flowing properly again through sufficient water volume testing. We also examine other drain fixtures further down the line to make sure they are still flowing properly too. This is because most of the time (especially without a camera inspection) its’ impossible to tell what exactly was causing the plug to begin with, therefore we can never be sure as to the likeliness of a recurring backup further down the line. Thats why we never miss this crucial step.
Cleanup, Discuss & Invoice
After confirming that flow is restored our job is done, we simply clean up behind ourselves before having a final discussion with you about any findings we may have discovered. We’ll leave you with a few tips to improve your drains health and longevity before writing up an invoice on site and we’re on our way to the next valued customer.
