Pricing Terms & Conditions

1. Equipment-Based Pricing: All promotional pricing is based on the equipment required to complete the service (e.g., Super Vee, Mini Rooter, Maxi Rooter). Final pricing is determined on-site based on actual conditions and equipment used. No inspection or appraisal fees apply.

2. Per Fixture Pricing: Pricing is per drain or fixture serviced plus applicable taxes. Where multiple drains, fixtures, or access points are serviced, each is billed separately, even where related to the same blockage or system issue.

3. Definition of Service: A service is defined as work performed on a specific drain, fixture, or access point. Where multiple access points are required, each is considered a separate service.

4. Flat Rate Pricing: All listed prices are flat rate per drain or fixture, and are not based on time spent or duration of service.

5. No Clearance - No Charge: If flow cannot be restored during the initial service visit, no charge applies. This applies to initial flow restoration only and does not guarantee long-term performance, drainage quality, or prevent recurrence. Does not apply to collapsed, damaged, or structurally compromised lines or systems.

6. Service Hours: Standard and promotional pricing applies during regular service hours (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Service beginning outside these hours is billed at 1.5x the applicable rate, and after midnight at 2x the applicable rate. Rates are determined based on the time service begins.

7. Scope of Work / Method Selection: The technician will determine the appropriate method and equipment required based on the type, size, and location of the drain. The lowest-cost effective option for that specific drain type will be attempted first; however, final method and equipment selection remain at the technician’s discretion.

8. Materials: Materials (including but not limited to wax seals, fittings, cleanouts, or access modifications) are not included in promotional pricing and will be added to the final invoice. Any labour associated with material installation or access work is billed separately.

9. Access Requirements: The customer must provide clear and safe access to the affected area prior to service. Additional charges may apply where access is obstructed, restricted, or requires additional labour, setup, or fixture removal. Service may be delayed or declined if safe access is not provided.

10. Call-Out Fee: A $75 + tax call-out fee applies when a technician is dispatched to the property and no work is performed, including where the issue is resolved prior to arrival, no problem is found, the issue is outside the property (e.g., municipal or shared line), or access is not provided.

11. Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
