My usual plumber and his colleague were both tied up. I called Bogdan and he was just finishing a job. He was willing to drive an hour to come over and fix my kitchen drain. He did a wonderful job with great attention to detail. Will recommend to all my friends and family needing drainage work.🙏🏽

He did the work quickly and clean. I usually unclog my shower drain myself, but this time my tools didn't work. They came with their power drill and were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend.

As soon as we entered info, Bogdan messaged right away and was able to schedule something the next morning with us. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the potential issues that we might be having. He was also very transparent on what he will be able to do and will not do (this was a kitchen sink and he mentioned if it's the garburator issue, we'll need a technician for that). He spent a bit of time doing a first try. But the work was a bit tricky since the clog was farther down the pipe. He was super respectful for our schedule and provided options for either coming back later to finish the work or completing it then and there. He also gave us the option to try again with the existing tool from different access point before upgrading, since the larger tool would cost more. We decided to go with the longer tool to make sure the problem was fully dealt with, but we really appreciated that he was honest and willing to keep trying again in case budget was a bigger concern for us. Very thoughtful. After all the work was done, he made sure the area was completely clean and that all tools were carefully collected to prevent any damage to the floor or surrounding area. Honestly, the vanity was cleaner than before he started, haha. We are definitely keeping his number on our phone and already thinking about doing ongoing maintenance work around the house with him.
